Terms and Conditions Use of the jiji9 Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the jiji9 platform – whether via the website jiji9.app or the jiji9 mobile app – you hereby agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and jiji9. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the jiji9 platform immediately.

These terms and conditions should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy jiji9, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jiji9.

02 Eligibility to Use the Platform

To be eligible to use the jiji9 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years old at the date of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Be located in a geographic region where access to the jiji9 platform is permitted under local laws.
• Not currently enrolled in any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion programme.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party – all accounts must be for personal use only.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Jiji9 reserves the right to request age and identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) account active on jiji9. Multiple account registrations – whether using the same or different information – are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you are required to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number.
• Ensure your account information is always kept up to date and accurate at all times.
• Keep your account password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Notify jiji9 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Jiji9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

04 Deposit and Withdrawal of Funds

Jiji9 accepts deposits via a range of secure, integrated local payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and online bank transfers. All deposits are credited to your account instantly.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name – third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Winning withdrawals are processed within less than 5 minutes for e-wallets and up to 1 business day for bank transfers.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Jiji9 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals for security and AML compliance purposes.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

All financial transactions on the jiji9 platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. jiji9 does not store your credit card details or full banking information – all processing is handled through licensed and recognised payment gateways.

05 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Jiji9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements and must be met before any withdrawal from a bonus balance is permitted.

• Jiji9 reserves the right to void or correct bets in the event of a technical error, system failure, or other exceptional circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface.
• The use of any automation software, bots, or unauthorised methods to play or place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities must be reported to jiji9 immediately. Deliberate exploitation will result in account closure.
• Collusion – where players cooperate to manipulate game outcomes – is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Game results generated by an audited random number generator (RNG) system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

07 Responsible Gaming

• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward jiji9 support staff.

If your account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, jiji9 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in that account, including real money and bonuses. If closure occurs for other reasons, your real money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you once the review is complete.

09 Liability Cap and Disclaimer

The jiji9 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jiji9 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation of the platform at any time.

• Jiji9 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from service disruptions, technical errors, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Jiji9 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account caused by the user's own negligence.
• Under no circumstances shall jiji9's maximum liability to any user exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim.

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or an appropriate court in accordance with the relevant jurisdiction.

10 Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Jiji9 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on jiji9.app.

Jiji9 will endeavour to notify users of important changes through:

Continued use of the jiji9 platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your real money balance.
